Caroline began her career in the fast paced, highly pressured world of finance, but after three grueling years realised her ambition lay within media. Crossing over from Finance to Film was an intensely steep learning curve but one that had more similarities than first anticipated. A further two years learning the production side of the business put Caroline in a strong position to understand her next venture. Now heading up Flynn Post, Caroline's goal is to create a Post Production facility to rival the sparkle of Soho, yet maintaining the competitive rates Flynn Post can currently boast.
